Step 1 — Connect your number

Connect the WhatsApp Business number you want this CRM to send and receive messages from. The fastest way is Meta’s Embedded Signup — you log in with your Facebook Business account and pick the number; we configure the WhatsApp Business API and webhooks for you.

Step 2 — Activate & set PIN

A freshly connected number must be registered on the Cloud API with a 6-digit two-step PIN before it can send. Use the “Register” action next to a number above. For numbers migrating from another provider, use Request code → Verify instead.
